Structure of the JBC system
In order to offer the highest
flexibility and to adapt the system to the task, the ADVANCED series
is divided into modules that are supplied independently.
By
controlling the heat, we improve quality
The Advanced technology gives an 80%
improvement over the performance of the best soldering stations
available in the market. Any Advanced JBC station reaches the 660ºF
/ 350ºC in only two seconds, while the conventional station takes
between 10 to 90 seconds to reach this temperature.
This gives an idea of the response
capability of the advanced JBC system. During the observation of the
temperature evolution and the time taken to perform the same series
of five solder joints.
A conventional station suffers a
temperature drop of 125ºF / 70ºC and the time taken is 16 seconds,
while the Advanced station drops down only by 50ºF / 30ºC and
completes the task in half the time: only eight seconds.

The Advanced soldering irons are
currently the lightest, smallest and most ergonomic hand pieces
available, offering the shortest tip-to-handle distance and a higher
working performance.

TIP-LIFE: LASTS UP TO FIVE TIMES LONGER
As soon as the soldering iron is
left on the stand, the tip temperature automatically drops to
440ºF-540ºF / 250ºC, decreasing the wear on the tip, resulting in a
working life three to five times longer than that of a conventional
tip. When the soldering iron is taken out of the stand again, the
tip temperature is instantaneously recovered. The sensor resistance
set is shielded to make it indestructible.
ADVANCED
series, a new and revolutionary soldering technology
The exclusive JBC heating system
achieves a high heating power in a very small size cartridge. This
means that the mass to be heated is minimal and therefore the
thermal inertia is also minimal. In addition, the system is provided
with a high sensitivity temperature sensor element integrated within
the resistance for optimum performance - instant temperature
recovery, maximum power, and minimum temperature fluctuations.

LEAD-FREE SOLDERING
In comparison with conventional
stations, soldering at 850ºF / 450ºC, the Advanced series allows
soldering at much lower temperatures with a maximum of 700ºF /
370ºC.Thanks to its fast temperature recovery system, it eliminates
the risk of damaging the components by applying excessive heat and
therefore optimizing the process quality.
EASY CALIBRATION
Since the Advanced technology is
based on a microprocessor drive, it is not necessary to recalibrate
any of the Advanced Stations.
