These machines are sold around the world for standardized Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers and Knoop and universal hardness testing procedures and meet all the latest technical and other pertinent standards.

In addition to the series production of portable hardness testing machines and stationary machines with analog and digital hardness value display, including the associated accessories, Emcotest uses its extensive competence to develop and manufacture special solutions and complex special systems to meet customer-specific hardness testing needs.


Over 90% of Emcotest machines are exported to every continent in the world.

Our machines and special systems are especially used in the metal-processing industries, incoming goods inspections, production control for individual components and small series, as well as for the automated testing of large series.
